Remember Me

Become a Troop Leader

Whether you can give a day, a few weeks, or the whole year, it all starts with you. You will be the cheerleader, guide, and mentor helping them develop skills and confidence that will last long after the meeting is over. Imagine the smiles, excitement, memories made. Those are the moments you will share at Girl Scouts.

Volunteers can be the troop leader, co-leader, or parent helping with the troop. Follow the links below to get started.

Pathways for Working with Girls

Schedule tight?  Difficult to manage a full year commitment?  Not a problem.

Besides Troop leadership, there are other Pathways that offer endless, flexible ways to participate as a volunteer in Girl Scouting.  The flexibility of Pathways allows you to participate according to your lifestyle and availability -- whether you want to partner directly with girls throughout a membership year, participate for only a few weeks or months, or work with other adults in a variety of roles.

Pathways include: Camp - Events - Series - Travel - Troops - Virtual.

Participants need to bring paper, pencil, Girl Guide and Journey for your Girl Scout Level. You must register one week prior to the Training course. If registration minimums are not met, the Training will be cancelled.

For more Information concerning training classes please see Introduction to Adult Learning.
