*Important Notes:
If your troop attended our in-person Cookie Program Training, you are not required to complete the Knowledge Check. The training recording is being shared for your reference, and a PDF copy of the presentation is attached for your records.

Jan. 1st: Online Sales Begin
Jan. 4th - Jan. 8th: In-Person Sales Begin (Mass Cookie Delivery)
Jan. 9th: 9AM- 12PM | 1st Cookie Cupboard Opens & Cookie Merch Sales
Jan. 19th: Early Booth Round Opens at 6:00PM in Smart Cookie
- Only open to troops that participated in the 2026 Fall Product Program and sold a minimum of 135 items.

Jan. 21st: Official First Booth Round Opens at 6:00PM in Smart Cookie
Jan. 25th: Second Booth Round Opens at 6:00PM in Smart Cookie
Jan. 27th: Third & Final Booth Round Opens at 6:AM
- Booth selections will remain open for the remainder of the Cookie Program.

Mar. 4th: Parent Cookie Collection Due
- Parent collection forms, along with the Parents Permission Form and any documentations showing attempts to collect outstanding payments, should be submitted to lbenavidez@gsgst.org.
Mar. 4th: All Troop Transfers Due by 10:00PM
- All troop-to-troop transfers must be completed in Smart Cookies by 10:00PM.
Mar. 8th: Troop Recognitions Due by 10:00PM
- All troop recognitions must be completed in Smart Cookies by 10:00PM
Mar. 11th: Final Cookie Payment
- All remaining cookie balances will be collected via ACH draft from Troop Bank Accounts.

Cookie Recognition Distribution

End of April 2027: Service Units receive Cookie Program recognitions.
The Service Unit Product Program Manager will coodinate with troops regarding recognition pickup.

"As we prepare for another exciting year of the Girl Scout Cookie Program, we want to inform you about an important update regarding payment procedures for Juliettes/IRGs (Individually Registered Girls).

Updated Payment Process
1. Troop Product Program Agreement Form Submission

All Juliettes/IRGs must submit the 2026 Troop Product Program Agreement Form (ACH form).
Participants with an established financial history with the council will need to provide active banking information to be drafted on the same scheduled drafts as troops.

2. Prepayment Policy for New Participants

Juliettes/IRGs who are new to this participation route will be required to prepay for their cookie orders. Accepted forms of prepayment include cashier’s check, money order, or cash, payable at their local service center.
Submission of the 2026 Troop Product Program Agreement Form is still required, even for prepayment participants.

These updates are designed to ensure smooth program operations and adherence to financial guidelines.
Refer to the attached guide for important deadlines to avoid delays.
