The Annual Meeting takes place every spring and is where we all work together with the vision to continue providing exceptional programs and experiences for girls.
The 2022-2023 Annual Meeting, also known as the business portion of Annual Meeting, will be held virtually.
Conducted on Saturday, April 1, 2023
GSGST welcomes all council members ages 14+ to RSVP and be included in council updates, important votes, and networking. It’s a great way to engage older girls in the business of our Movement, too!

Apply To Become A Council Delegate
A Council Delegate is a corporate member of Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas and provides valuable guidance to the Board of Directors in its governance of the council. Council Delegates are accountable to the Board of Directors through the Regional Chair and to the Service Units.
Apply To Become A National Delegate
National Delegates serve as a representative for Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas (GSGST) in 2023 at the Girl Scouts National Council Session and Convention.
They engage and gather feedback from Girl Scout members in our council, learn about proposals, take action to be the voice of GSGST during the National Council Session. They then bring back information to share locally. Girl members who are 14 years old as of December 31, 2022, and adult members who reside in the boundaries of GSGST are eligible to apply to be a national delegate.
This annual event is where we recognize the adult volunteers and Girl Scouts who are instrumental in supporting the Girl Scout mission.
