Prerequisites (must be completed before attending this workshop)

  1. Be a registered Girl Scout Volunteer

  2. Complete and pass a CBC (Criminal Background Check)

  3. Complete New Leader Basics Training

Join Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas and dive into an introduction to tools and resources to better facilitate and prepare a troop leader in their Girl Scout journey. The Girl Scout Volunteer Toolkit, also known as VTK for short, is a digital tool for troop leaders. Affectionately called the “Administrative Assistant”, VTK makes it easier for leaders to manage troops, plan meetings, download meeting plans, and engage both with parents/guardians and girls.
