Celebrate Girl Scouts Love State Parks at Estero Llano Grande State Park! Join us for a fun, hands-on morning outdoors—learn new skills, explore the park, and make lasting memories with fellow Girl Scouts.
Try out fire building basics, practice setting up a tent, and learn fishing rules with a playful pretend fishing activity. Join a ranger for a hiking game to discover the ten essentials you should always carry in your pack. Girl Scouts can also complete Junior Ranger Journals and get officially sworn in as Junior Rangers!
Schedule of activities:
Junior Ranger Journals (self-led): 8 AM - 4 PM
Outdoor Skills Stations: 9 AM - 12 PM
Ten Essentials Hike: 9:30 - 10:30 AM and 10:45 - 11:45 AM

Cost: Activities are free with park admission. Admission is $5 for ages 13 and up; ages 12 and under are free. Admission is free for Texas State Parks Pass holders.
